Meet Your Practitioner:

Stephanie Mwangaza Brown, LAc

I've been involved in complementary and alternative health practices for 39 years. I'm a licensed Acupuncturist, Reiki Master, Certified Colorpuncture Therapist, and Herbalist. I address pain conditions, internal problems (e.g. digestive, headaches, insomnia, allergies and weight loss), emotional health (e.g. depression and anxiety), women's health issues, and so much more.

I help my clients create ease where there was dis-ease, and free flow of energy where there was stuckness.

I partner with you to identify how you can maintain that free flow in the face of the challenges of life.

WHERE THERE IS FREE FLOW, THERE IS NO DISEASE

When working with any holistic practitioner, you should see a progression— where as you go from year to year, you’re getting stronger, you’re getting healthier, you’re getting better.

One's energy, also known as qi (pronounced "chee”), clarifies. And, eventually, when you go to your practitioner, you should be working on opening yourself up to unexpressed potential and manifesting!

That’s part of my goal and mission with my clients.

Make Acupuncture Work for You

Pain Management

Pain Management.png

Pain is created by either an excess or a deficiency in a particular area. By restoring the free flow of energy, pain is relieved. If we look at it a different way, our pains are signals which point the way back to balance and health.

Internal Issues

People want to know, does acupuncture work for headaches, stomach aches, heart problems, etc.? Acupuncture works for almost anything because it regulates, balances, and helps the body to function at an optimal level.

Emotional Health

There’s a Chinese proverb that says that 80% of the disease in people has a root in their emotions. The core cause may be some chronic emotional problem—like at work, at home, your relationships, or some faulty self concept.

Women’s Health

I am amazed at how little we as women know about optimal reproductive health. Working together, we can eliminate pain, night sweats, profuse or irregular cycles and other impacts on one's overall health.
